What a privilege to listen to Krzysztof! I knew from his first two notes that he was about to play my life-time favourite piece (Chopin Polonaise in A-Flat Major Op.53 Heroique) and sat enraptured as tears rolled down my cheeks. There were times as he played his other pieces when his hands moved so fast they became a blur. To have the treat of this calibre of a performer in a venue as accessible and affordable as Humph Hall... extraordinary. Where else could I sit that close to a pianist of international repute?

What an absolute treat to hear an international performer of such quality in such a personal venue. I loved everything he played. He is obviously a master of Chopin and Liszt. Hearing pieces that I studied as a student, was just wonderful, especially The Revolutionary Study by Chopin. Thank you Humph Hall!! Please more concerts of this calibre if possible!
